Messages come straight to me — Usama Naveed, who builds and writes this site. I read every one and usually reply within two to three business days.
What to get in touch about
- Corrections. If a formula, worked example or figure on this site is wrong, please say so. Point me at the page and I will check it and fix it.
- Questions about a calculation. If a result does not match what you expected, tell me the inputs you used and I will walk through it with you.
- Feature requests. Missing a stage, a unit, or a calculator for your industry? Most of what is here was added because someone asked.
- Privacy and data questions. Anything about how this site handles data or advertising cookies — see the privacy policy first, then ask.
- Writing and collaboration. Happy to hear from people working in supply chain, procurement and logistics.
One thing I cannot help with: tracking an individual parcel or order. This site has no connection to any carrier or retailer and no access to shipment data — please contact whoever you ordered from.
